Key missions :
As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO).
Your team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. In this case, this is Eastern Europe. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios, mostly in Polish, Russian and English languages.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the employees and the clients.
Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments ;
Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities ;
Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal) ;
Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and controls the correct execution ;
Control client identification, and call-backs ;
Prepare the RM’s business trips ;
Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures.

Very good knowledge of regulations in force in the field of the Wealth management ;
Personal skills : sense of service to the client, organized, very good team spirit, rigor, integrity, discretion.
Mandatory fluency in Polish, Russian and English. French and/or German an asset
