For our Global Customer Support (GCS) organization we are looking for an Intern in the Molecular Lab Preanalytic Pooling department. GCS is the global organization responsible for technical services in the Roche Diagnostics Division. More than 500 co-workers at various locations around the world provide support, training, and information to local and regional service & support representatives.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, on site.
Key Responsibilities
Contribution to supporting the team in various tasks
Creation of videos and other digital media for product documentation and product training
Creation of content for product documentation (for example procedures and pictures of spare parts)
Restructuring service documentation of Legacy Instruments
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Engineering, Life Science, or Medical Technology after February 2024, and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
Furthermore you are
You are a fast learner who is proactive and dynamic
You are an engaged team player, reliable, self-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-driven
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment
You are passionate about healthcare, and have the ambition to explore what patients need next in a professional and joyful manner
Proficient in English (German is a plus)
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 6-12 months.
Part-time employment is possible 80% - 100%
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
