You define, track and steer the main targets related to retention and churn
You interface on a constant basis with the contact center team and other key stakeholders to understand and adapt the retention and prevention strategies aimed at keeping customers with Sunrise
You define dedicated offerings and budget for all churn relevant channels (contact center, online, etc.)
With you innovative and effective initiatives, you decrease churn of customers
You proactively initiate agile-based projects aimed at improving processes and value steering
You prepare on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis key analytical views to track and anticipate performance trends
You do a regular analysis and review of reporting and numbers and you are constantly looking for ways to improve them
You actively steer decision-making process with senior management
You work cross functionally to successfully execute the retention and churn strategies
Economics and/or Business Studies with Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent studies
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2C product/consumer marketing preferably in similar roles within telecommunication companies
Deep knowledge of Swiss telecommunication landscape
Ability to work with big data sets and to steer and take fast decisions based on market trends
Excellent project and process management
Experience in understanding customer experience pain points
Fluent in English & German, French and/or Italian are an asset
Team player, comfortable in a matrix organization and in collaborating with several stakeholder groups
Confident communicator with good presentation skills at all levels of the organization
Strong commercial acumen to understand competition moves within the Swiss market
