My client is a leading engineering firm located in Bern, Switzerland, dedicated to delivering exceptional and creative solutions across various infrastructure projects. The Role
In this multifaceted role, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of complex infrastructure construction projects, with a focus on either railway construction or road and utility line construction. You will have the opportunity to work independently on all project phases, from initial studies to final implementation. Throughout the process, you will collaborate closely with project managers, department heads, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently plan and manage complex infrastructure construction projects (medium to large scale).
- Assist project managers and department heads in overseeing project execution.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external project participants.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- A strong interest in railway construction or road and utility line construction.
- A willingness to take ownership and make informed decisions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to sustainable development projects.
- Fluency in German is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
