Key Account Executive / Manager (Two years contract), CSL Malaysia
Please note: The primary work location is Malaysia (although the Job description shows Singapore - Field Sales)
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector.
Identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of key clients.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business development opportunities within key accounts.
Work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's pharmaceutical products and services.
Provide in-depth product knowledge to key accounts and address any inquiries.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and market conditions relevant to pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas and competitors.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Manage contract renewals and modifications as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting key accounts.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.
Present findings to the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life-Sciences is preferred or Marketing / Other related field.
Minimum 3 years’ (for Exec level) / 6 years’ (for Manager level) experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and contract management abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
