Customer Service Area Manager (remote work) IT/ENG

We are looking for a new talent for an important international company at the forefront of technology and innovation, developing highly accurate automation solutions and having an agile working philosophy and methodology
In this role, you will be a dedicated partner for our customers. You will ensure an exceptional experience, permanent contact, a high level of customer satisfaction and that customers’ operational needs and expectations are promptly identified, responded to and met.
Your main tasks
- Ensure a long-term and strong partnership based upon trust
- Keep a high-level customer satisfaction
- Carry out specific offers and coordinate customers’ requests in close collaboration with various service stakeholders
- Identify needs and provide bespoke solutions for all after sales queries
- Contribute proactively to the ongoing improvement of the customer service department
Your profil
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical or software engineering
- Provent experience in customer service management
- Native speaker of Italian with excellent knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented with analytical mindset to emphasize tailor-made solutions
- Agile self-motivated and organized (remote work)
- Flexibility and ability for regular and frequent on-site visits and virtual meetings with our customers within dedicated region (approx. 30%)
