Your Challenge
- You are responsible for the onboarding process of the employees
- You manage the recruitment process together with the line managers
- You are responsible for the preselection of the new talents
- You take care of the whole administration process in HR
- You obtain the working permits and assist the talent during the process
- You will prepare the payroll execution
- You are responsible for insurance matters, such as pension fund, social security and others
- You will guide the apprentices along the journey and guide assistance
- You will prepare the expense reports
- You will ensure accuracy of all HR regulations and policies
- You will offer assistance in the set-up of HR processes
- You will participate in the digital transformation process, while integrating the HR processes into a new database
- You will set up contracts, execute the HR administration, liaise with payroll, HR-Manager and others
- You will provide competent advice to employees regarding regulations and other issues
- You will offer support in day-to-day people management activities
- You will offer support in HR projects and initiatives as well as trainings
- You will act as the main contact for all employees
- You are responsible for the organisation of meetings and trainings, Power Point presentations and documents
- You will offer assistance in ensuring an attractive and safe physical work environment and office infrastructure
- You will offer your services in project-related tasks
Your Qualifications
- Commercial Apprenticeship, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, federal diploma in HR
- Around 5 years relevant working experience as an HR Coordinator or similar
- Strong knowledge of HR processes within a Global Organisation would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (W/E/PP)
- Very proactive mindset, performing in a highly structured way, offering high quality of excecution of tasks
- EU Passport / Swiss / B permit
- A positive attitude, good manners and a pleasant personality
