To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for aSenior Consultant PCI Compliance (Cards). Our mission is for one of our clients, a major/global financial institution in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
• You will identify gaps and vulnerabilities in processes, systems, and policies related to payment card data security.
• You will drive accountability for assigned initiatives, minimize risk exposure, and create efficiencies where appropriate.
• You will provide expert advice onPCI compliance requirements and best practices.
• You will review strategic approaches and assess the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
• You will perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, requiring creative approaches to solve complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• You will make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products. You will also facilitate decision-makingand issue resolution and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans.

Your profile and skills:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related major.
• You have experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and a deep understanding of their application in securing payment card data.
• You have experience in security consulting, risk assessment, and compliance, particularly within the payment card industry in Switzerland.
• You are familiar with detailed data process models, architecture diagrams, data movement lineage maps, systemic controls, and data integrity/accuracy concepts.
• PCI QSA or ISA certification - Having PCI QSA or ISA certification is highly valued in this role.
• CISSP, CISA, and CISM certification - Possessing any of these certifications would be a plus.
• You a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are customer-oriented, committed with hands-on mentality.
• You possess strong written and spoken German and English language skills.
• You possess a valid work permit for Switzerland, or you are EU national and willing to relocate to Zurich.
