How you can make an impact
- Apply your profound banking knowledge and experience with technical business operations
- Solve challenges for our clients and support them in achieving their goals and priorities
- Assist our clients preparing for growth, embracing the digital world, creating an innovative agenda and maximising their operational efficiency
- Engage with experienced and motivated consultants and managers of diverse areas of expertise who are eager to share their experience with and coach you
- Advise, design, implement and deploy solutions alongside our banking operations team in the banking sector
Who we are looking for
- You are an insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analyses, and frameworks, and easily “thinking out of the box”. You are happy to travel within Switzerland and potentially abroad.
- You are an energetic team player with a positive “can do” attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you are passionate about doing an outstanding job – both for the client and to contribute to the growth of Deloitte
- You bring a university degree and solid insights in asset/wealth management and/or investment banking.
- You have at least 3+ years relevant work experience in Banking or with a leading consulting firm
- You understand or have experience in topics such as operating model re-design for front or back-office operations driven by growth agenda, by regulatory or financial pressure, digitalization in banking and process improvements
- You are fluent in English, German and/or French
