We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquistion Advisor to join the team to support the hiring agenda of our blue collar population in our DACH manufacturing sites and attract the very best talent to Mondelez International.
How you will contribute
- Develop and grow relationships with the leadership team to ensure alignment of needs against business strategy
- Business partner and closely collaborate with the local People Leads and People Services team
- Work alongside the People Experience team who manage blue collar recruitments in order to assist them with the sourcing of candidates
- Develop a way of working when it comes to the procses of e sourcing of candidates
- Ensures focus on both customer and employee experience on both sides of the process
- Creating an employer branding strategy for our 4 manufacturing sites (social media, local networks and fairs)
- Attending and running job fairs – spotting opportunties for the future
- Providing the business with quartlerly reports on labour market insights and recap on what we have achieved
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Fluency in German and English language
- Excellent stakeholder management skills essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in recruiting/organisation planning and logistics
- 4 years + talent acquisition experience implementating and managing multiple recruitment processes
- Employer branding experience is desirable
- Experience of working in a global organisation and/or shared services organisation is desirable
- Creativity and networking skills, thinking outside the box
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with data and data analysis

Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 59.000 per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
