Group Procurement Excellence Analyst 100%
- Support Group and Source-to-Contract System Implementation
- Spearhead the implementation of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) system across the group.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the S2C system to ensure seamless operation.
- Oversee Group Procurement Delegation of Authority and Contract Compliance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract regulations.
- Regularly review and update DOA and compliance processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Expand and Lead Supplier Risk Management Projects and Programs
- Mange supplier reputational risk assessment program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and reduce supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Support Skills Assessment and Establish Procurement Training
- Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs within the procurement team.
- Ensure that the procurement team is up-to-date with the best practices.
- Develop Dashboards for Procurement Leadership
- Create and maintain dashboards to benchmark and track Group Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data and insights to procurement leadership to support decision-making.
- Bachelor or Master in Economics or equivalent
- Ideally first experience in source to contract solutions (zycus)
- Excellent level of English (level C2 or native)
- Being able to handle several shifting priorities and conflicting demands from different sources at the same time
- Analytical thinking, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
