- Study direction for ecotoxicology testing of plant protection products, industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical compounds according to international guidelines (OECD, OCSPP), with a focus on chronic studies on fish and amphibians (e.g. OECD 210, OECD 229, OECD 231, OECD 234).
- Responsibility for the planning, conduct, documentation, technical and scientific support of the studies.
- Evaluation of data, Interpretation of results, and Study reporting in compliance with relevant guidelines for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Constant contact and communication with customers to establish and maintain close relationships.
- Train & develop lab technicians.
- All activities comply with the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Scientific networking.
- Scientific Degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields
- 2 – 6 years of professional experience in ecotoxicology, ideally working in a CRO or in the agrochemical industry.
- Working experience under GLP of advantage.
- High service orientation and client focus.
- Team Orientation and strong people skills, ability to organize and set priorities.
- Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines.
- Willing to work occasionally on weekends to support lab activities.
- English and German language skills.
