If you are a proactive and experienced real estate project manager looking for a dynamic role in a supportive team, then you should apply and help our client make their projects a success for just six months.

Your challenges

• Overseeing various real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocations, consolidations, and premises closures
• Managing specific projects related to workplace improvements, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards
• Engaging in stakeholder management and communication
• Handling budgeting and cost planning, ensuring cost awareness
• Managing portfolio data, including lease, premises, and master data

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is not a must
• Over 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager, handling corporate projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
