This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, on-site.
The specific department:
Within the global “Marketing & Customer Insights” organization the Roche Academy Subchapter of Commercial Excellence drives impactful commercial capability building programs to strengthen commercial skills and excellence across Diagnostics (target audiences: Marketing, Sales, Consulting). We are passionate about lifelong learning and differentiating ourselves against competition by upskilling our commercial teams to become best in class marketers, sellers and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting one of the excellence areas (marketing, consulting or sales) to develop capability-building framework based on training needs analysis.
Conduct and analyze surveys from target learner groups to understand their business needs.
Drive and implement specific projects together with the respective excellence leads and team members in coordination with external vendors
Drive communication on the website and other channels to increase awareness and adoption of global commercial educational offerings to increase usability.
Support various operational tasks including campaign monitor, mass email invites, google meets and facilitation tools.
Use digital capabilities to transform raw data into valuable insights; influence and drive future ways of working in the area of data analytics, success measurement; support the team to take decisions based on data and insights.
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication (focus on digital ways of working), Business Psychology, or Consultancy studies at a university, preferably in the field of Learning & Education after February 2024 and are interested in applying your digital capabilities in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
Interest and/or experience in adult learning (required)
Interest in current marketing or consulting learning trends (preferred).
Independent, reliable, and precise working style (required)
Experience in project management and working with external partners/vendors (preferred)
Strong digital and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from data (preferred)
Passion to work in a multicultural environment (required)
Communication and presentation skills, fluency in written and spoken English are required, additional languages are welcome
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December
