We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sprinklr Service Business Application Owner to join our dynamic team. As part of our collaborative group, you will work closely with other skilled professionals to oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of the Sprinklr Service application. Your role will be integral in ensuring the platform aligns with our business objectives and enhances our customer service capabilities.

Tasks:
  • Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the configuration, customization, and regular maintenance of the Sprinklr Service platform to ensure it meets the company's customer service requirements and operates smoothly
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Support: Work closely with customer service, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure the platform supports their needs and drives user adoption
  • Issue Resolution and Vendor Management: Collaborate with Sprinklr support and internal IT teams to promptly resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations and maintaining platform reliability
  • Continuous Improvement and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement initiatives to optimize the user experience, operational efficiency, and strategic use of Sprinklr Service, staying informed about new features and industry best practices
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics related to customer service interactions within Sprinklr, analyze data, and generate detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for service improvements
Requirements:
  • Completed Apprenticeship or University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent
  • Experience in managing customer service platforms, specifically focused on Sprinklr Service
  • Proven experience in customer service management, IT project management, or digital customer experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Sprinklr Service platform and its functionalities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English verbal/written. German is a plus
