MSP Programme Manager (h/f) 100%


Your mission

We are currently looking to expand our expert team and are looking for an MSP Programme Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the operational as well as strategic implementation and lead of the assigned customer program(s). This includes managing day-to-day operations (such as meeting customer needs, monitoring staffing, developing a sourcing strategy, problem-solving, communication). Additionally, the role involves maximizing customer satisfaction, maintaining and building new relationships, managing expectations, and resolving problems and conflicts. Financial responsibilities include meeting or exceeding growth targets and overall profitability of respective accounts. The MSP Programme Manager is also responsible for setting and tracking performance expectations for employees.

Responsabilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors (panel suppliers), and hiring managers, ensuring the efficient delivery of Manpower Switzerland's MSP services.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through the Fieldglass system, managing relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers.
  • Active relationship management (HR, Hiring Manager, etc.) including ensuring high customer satisfaction and financial success.
  • Implement and enhance processes to optimize efficiencies and add value to our community of hiring managers for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Operational responsibility for MSP programs and implementation of set account strategies in close coordination the corresponding interfaces.
  • Maintain quality client service and day-to-day operations, meeting contractual deliverables, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and enhance processes to optimize efficiencies and add value to our community of
  • Building and leading a teams, as well as contract-compliant processing of the recruitment process according to agreed service levels and appropriate performance indicators.
    • Development of sourcing strategies and identification of recruiting channels .
    • Preparation of documents for selection instruments, process design, and ensuring smooth deployment and/or use of relevant technologies (applicant tracking system, multiposting, CRM, etc.).
    • Program controlling and performance management.
    • Quality management and continuous improvement measures.
  • Complaint and escalation management (Single Point of Contact).
  • Early (responsible) participation in program implementation together with the implementation team.
  • Value-oriented further development and innovation in programs.
  • Supporting account managers in developing growth strategies for defined customers, accompanying them to business review meetings.
  • Presentation creation and negotiation of customer contracts in consultation with the Division Manager Operations and/or Managing Director.
  • Accompanying Business Development Managers, Strategic Client Engagement Managers, and Division Managers to customers and prospects.
  • Active participation in the design and implementation of RFPs, presentations, and proposals.

Professional experience

  • Professional experience in the technical and disciplinary management of teams.
  • Several years of experience in implementing and leading MSP programs.
