Our company MCH Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable personality as

Senior Compliance Manager

• Taking responsibility within a wide range of Compliance topics of MCH Group such as:
• Developing and implementing compliance concepts
• Drafting internal compliance policies and presenting those to top management and the Board of Directors in order to implement the policies by communicating and leading trainings with our colleagues
• Reinforce MCH's Code of Conduct
• Establish and implement procedures and controls to address the following compliance risks: anti-corruption & bribery, anti-discrimination, conflicts of interest, anti-trust, data protection, competences
• Lead/support business reviews and internal investigations
• Provide regular reporting
• Advise management and businesses in compliance matters
• Support within other projects as Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control Framework or Insurances topics
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in all compliance and risk matters
• Project Management responsibility for various compliance and risk topics within the MCH Group
• Advising the Head of Corporate Risk Management in strategic compliance or risk matters
• Collaboration with our Legal department in terms of projects and ad-hoc cases

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management and/or similar function within an international operating firm
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Law
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Hands on personality
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Very high sense of stakeholder management
• Fluent in both, German and English is mandatory
