In the lovely canton of Zug we are constantly looking for an energetic personality in the industry sector as:
Administrator Export Processing 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
You are responsible for order processing and verification,
You handle specified commercial conditions (e.g. price and export control, payment and delivery conditions, import regulations of the countries)
You completely handle the letter of credit transactions in the MEA region
You are the main point of contact and coordinator for our partners, internal departments and our distribution centers in Germany, the USA and France as well as the forwarding companies
You support the team in receivables management
You are responisble for customer support together with the sales team
You process superuser in a cross-departmental team to optimize SCM processe
You create ad hoc reports on order stocks, delivery performance, freight costs, etc.
Your skills:
commercial eduction EFZ and Exportfachmann
3-7 years experience in exportto emerging coutries , logistics and customer service
Solid know how of export regulatios
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Native German and C1 level English
MS Office , SAP in supply chain
Team spirit, hands on and ready to o the extra mile
