Document Controller

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the GMP environment
- Basic IT knowledge and experienced user of standard MS applications
- Experience in quality documentation management and training management in a pharmaceutical company
- Fluent German and very good English skills desired

Main tasks
- Veeva Training: Creation of on-the-job trainings in Veeva
- Veeva Quality Docs: Updating document templates and uploading to Veeva (incl. corresponding settings)
- Veeva Quality Docs: Printing and distribution of controlled copies (including reconciliation)
- Veeva Quality Docs: Execution and distribution of weekly queries and overviews
- Records Management: Archiving of paper documentation and files
