Tasks
Your focus will be on the Entry into Service of the Airbus A359 at SWISS. You will ensure a timely phase in, control the budget and oversee all relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, as part of the Asset Management Team you'll take over other projects related to Asset Management and Project Management.
- Program lead of A350-900 Entry Into Service
- Managing established program and governance with consistent reporting (Clarity tool)
- Ensuring LHG and SWISS project guidelines are followed, coaching of sub project managers
- Coordinating work and resources to ensure overall program and budget is met and applying adequate risk management
- Timely and comprehensive stakeholder management (including Project Owner, Review Board, MB, ...)
- Prepare with Asset Manager Phase Out strategy of surplus assets including contract negotiations
- Oversees phase-out contracts management
- Ensures correct reflection of assets in financial statements
- Advising head of S/TA (Asset Management) in upcoming fleet decisions (i.e feasibility and timing of phase in/out)
- Support any other Asset Management tasks as necessary

Requirements
We are looking for a driven, independent, self-motivated, and flexible person with a positive attitude, who loves to drive large scale programs and interacting with people while having a flair for asset management.
- University degree preferred; master or bachelor in combination with several years’ experience in relevant field (Aircraft transitions, Asset Management and/or Project/Program Management)
- Track-record in Program Management of complex programs and/or projects; project management certification of advantage.
- Sound knowledge of airline setup
- Experience in transition of aircraft (phase out/in)
- Capable of addressing technical, operational, and commercial issues alike
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to provide guidance and lead diverse teams
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS office applications is a must, AMOS and Clarity know-how a big plus
- Experience in the aircraft OEM & leasing industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
