À propos du rôle

Our client is looking for a HR and Admin Assistant. You will report directly to the Senior HR Business Parter.

Your goal: provide necessary assistance on HR related issues and Office Management.

Descriptif des tâches

  • Assist with monotoring of building contractors on maintenance and repairs and assume responsibility on general Office Services and maintenance related to company contracts
  • Assist with all local and international insurances renewal process and follow-up
  • Maintain employee personnel file (and database)
  • Assist in preparing presentations (ppt) on confidential and compensations issues
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required, including holiday and absence management tool
  • Participate in the Intranet Office and HR section updates
  • Ensure proper reporting regarding attendance statistics, termination, new hire, and tracking key indicators and liaison with other offices
  • Ensure HR procedure are followed and costs recorded
  • Manage holiday records for local staff and run monthly reports on outstanding holidays entitlement
  • Manage the company private health scheme and liaise with provider on claims, invoices, customer services issues; Deal with insurances claims on company personnel policies (Accident and Health)
  • Support admin process for new positions (recruitment)
  • Provide relocation assistance services when appropriate: move, home search program, short term accommodation
  • Manage working permit process (renewal, change, departure...)
  • Complete Induction process: new user account, induction presentation to the new staff, new employee file, AVS, child benefits...
