As a Specialist Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative projects, working alongside industry leaders and shaping the future of building technology.
Your Role:
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your HVAC expertise to consult with partners and external engineering firms.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards throughout all construction phases.
- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative concepts and project principles to maximize the value of our building technology systems.
- Hands-On Implementation: Plan and oversee smaller conversions within the HLKKS department.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the maintenance team to commission and document completed building technology systems.
Your Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in building services engineering or building technician HF.
- Proven Experience: Several years of planning and project management experience in large-scale building technology projects.
- In-Depth Knowledge: A deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration technology.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
