Senior Contract & Fee Negotiator
- You will be responsible for negotiating the commercial terms of specific contracts across different clients and services offered by PwC.
- You will directly interact with PwC senior stakeholders and client functions such as procurement and vendor management, fostering strong relationships to achieve mutually beneficial results.
- You will be an integral part of the "Proposal" team, actively contributing to the development and implementation of the “Pricing Strategy Plan”.
- You will be the point of contact at PwC, who will be providing answers to commercial questions and ensure consistency across clients and services.
- You will be responsible for keeping an overview of our achieved rates across clients/industries/countries up to date and perform certain reporting tasks.
- You will be engaging with PwC's negotiation network and do “experience exchange” to enhance negotiation skills and knowledge.
- You have a master's degree and 8 years plus work experience in a procurement/negotiation role, with a strong focus on negotiating significant contracts involving buying/selling services.
- You should have experience working in a professional services firm and demonstrate a deep understanding of pricing in this specific industry.
- You are a team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, a client-focused mindset and a dynamic and demanding working environment highly motivates you.
- You have strong analytical, communication and project management skills for effective negotiation and collaboration with senior stakeholders on both internal and client sides.
- You are proficient with MS Office and a negotiator training certificate will be considered a plus.
- You are fluent in English and German.
