Financial Controller
Swisslinx is a market leader in Recruitment Consulting Services in Switzerland, active in the placement of specialist Financial, Technology, Life Sciences, and Commodities/Natural Resources personnel for permanent roles and consulting assignments both in Switzerland and internationally.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the local finance function including bookkeeping and payroll
- Financial reporting to local management in Switzerland and wider group internationally including KPI reporting and cash flow projections
- Liaise with the finance counterparts within the group to ensure timely and concise reporting
- Prepare and analyse budgets
- Manage one Accountant within the team
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Take an active part in a transition project and recommend changes that lead to improved financial insights or performance
- Able to work with and safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information
Your Profile:
- Min. 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance with prior controlling experience
- Comprehensive understanding across accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processes
- Prior working experience in Switzerland is preferred
- Excellent Excel knowledge, any other accounting system would be a strong plus
- Proactive, organised and process driven approach to work
- Full fluency in English and German (min. B2 required)
