IHRE AUFGABEN
- Project management in agile or classic methodology
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
- Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables
- Ensuring project compliance to project governance and standards
- Responsible for successful roll-out / go-live of the developed solution
- Responsible for a successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF
- Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
- Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
- Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
- Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
- Technical background is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Personal and social skills: Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
- Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
- Knowledge and interests in: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize
- Fluent in English and German
