Manufacture Visits Coordinator
Your mission
- Be an ambassador of la Grande Maison by conducting Manufacture visits to our visitors (end clients, press & general public)
- Co-create & implement new manufacture visits itineraries in collaboration with the team
- Create tailor made VICs manufacture visits and participate in lunches with clients occasionally
- Follow up of the agenda & and the day-to-day online booking platform
- Organize autonomously manufacture visits (internal notes, bookings in collaboration with other departments)
- Create and Develop tailor made local activities for our markets
- Enrich the customer experience in our manufacture by defining the iconic moments of the customer journey.
- Provide daily support to market teams in terms of Client Experience at the manufacture
- Drive regularly competitive intelligence and benchmarks
- Follow monthly statistics
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service or tours preferably within the luxury goods industry.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Knowledge of watchmaking or a strong interest in horology is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in several languages is highly desirable, French and English are a must, more will be appreciated
