- Implements strategies to enhance employee retention through effective measures and continuously monitors personnel dynamics and turnover rates.
- Assists managers in the recruitment process, ensuring smooth administrative procedures for hiring and termination.
- Provides oversight for employees within the designated support domain.
- Drafts and oversees employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinates annual salary reviews and employee performance evaluations.
- Facilitates training and development initiatives for staff.
- Contributes to the development and updates of policies (such as bonus schemes, HR policies, and work hour regulations).
- Manages budgeting and cost control for the entire HR scope.
- Leads or collaborates on HR projects, driving improvements and innovations.
- Participates in optimizing HR processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar capacity.
- Profound understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
