Customer Complaint Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
Determines complaint reportability following procedures and regulatory requirements in EMEA.
Reports adverse events to EMEA competent authorities.
Participates in and documents the execution of physical complaint investigations.
Performs statistical analysis and trending on complaint data.
Communicates closely with cross-functional complaint team global team
Seeks and implements updates and improvements to the complaint handling process.
Supports the corrective / preventive action program by applying root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Supports the logistics team for any complaint records and repair related issues.
Supports the quality engineering team with activities related to applicable change requests
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on the complaint management process during regulatory audits / inspections.
Requirements
Preferably Bachelor or higher non university degree in an Engineering discipline
Strong skills of standard MS office software
Knowledgeable about documentation practices
Experience in customer oriented environment
Fluent in written and oral English, German knowledge is an advantage
Interest in medical device industry
Process oriented with a strong attention to detail
Work in a multidisciplinary and international team environment
