In this job as an IT 2nd level support you will provide a high level of support in the area of audio/video/ unified communication technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, email and remotely for both internal and external clients in the areas of Audio/Video/Communication
- Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues/problems
- Work with ticketing systems and remote access tools

- Experience providing support for Audio/Video/UC technologies
- Strong communication ability when working with customers
- Comfortable with both team work and working individually
- Business level German and English, other languages are a benefit
