Clienteling Intern
- You will coordinate CRM gifts, managing stock levels and overseeing shipments to boutiques, ensuring accuracy, timely deliver, and efficient management of resources.
- You will create and deploy both online and offline clienteling campaigns, in collaboration with regional teams, measure their impact and provide recommendations for the future.
- You will ensure the enrichment, growth, and integrity of the client database by managing action plans and identifying clients and prospects opportunities.
- You will follow-up and analyze the results of the clienteling activations and the in-boutique experiences, with a strong focus on Return on Investment. You will be involved in updating client data analysis and insights to report to the Client Experience Team, management and boutiques.
- Master’s degree in Business, Luxury or Computer Science and able to provide an internship agreement and available to start between May and July 1st, 2024.
- Business fluent English and French skills are required, German is a plus.
- Prior hands-on experience preferred in the luxury industry, with great attention to details and sensitivity to client needs & aspirations.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with data management and familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI and HTML.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and general affinity with systems.
- Responsible and dependable with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- A proactive individual who is comfortable working autonomously, while also being a valuable team player working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
