Multi-lingual Customer Service Agent (EN / DE / FR / IT)
Your job will involve working with customers in English, German, French and Italian to help resolve their queries around financial services products, the app, cards issues, etc. Some of this will be technical and some non-technical. So although no specific technology skills are needed, you should still have a general knowledge of technology.
In order to apply for this Multi-lingual Customer Service Agent (EN / DE / FR / IT) job you should have:
- Very strong language skills in English, German, French and Italian. Applicants with 3 of the 4 languages will be considered, but priority will be given to those with all 4.
- Ideally experience in Customer service/Call center environments (not mandatory)
- A good telephone manner and overall good communication skills
