We are looking for multiple ServiceNow professionals (2 Architects, 2 developers,2 operational engineers)
Your tasks:
As an Engineer:
Implement and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD) based on defined requirements and best practices. Manage incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring seamless service delivery. Develop and execute automated workflows to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks. Perform data migration and integration with other systems. Provide technical support to users and stakeholders.
As a Developer:
Write clean, efficient, and secure ServiceNow scripts and plugins. Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs. Develop custom workflows and integrations with other platforms. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow development tools and technologies.
As an Architect:
Design and document ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. Analyze complex business needs and translate them into feasible technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow team. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ServiceNow features and functionalities. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably with ITSM, ITOM, GRC, or HRSD domain knowledge.
Proven experience working with ServiceNow (any combination of Engineer, Developer, or Architect experience considered).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionality and modules relevant to your experience.
Excellent scripting skills (JavaScript, Python preferred).
Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, CSA, etc.) are a plus.
