To strengthen our sales team, we are hiring immediately a Technical Sales Manager for the Irish market with permanent residence in Ireland
- Targeted support, advice and development of the existing customer portfolio in the Irish market and active identification of customer needs
- Promotion and selling of catalog and customized tools on behalf of Mikron Tool in Ireland
- Development of new customers in the assigned territories and product categories
- Regular visits to existing and new customers and distributors
- Preparation of quotations of catalog tools and customized tools, order management and complaint handling
- Customer project support
- Training of local sales partners on Mikron Tools products and technologies, organizing of training seminars, also at the Swiss headquarters
- Providing overall technical support to all customers and sales partner
- Interfacing with the Mikron Tool Team on technical issues.
- Continuous analysis of customer, market and competitor development
- Participation in trade fairs and seminars
- Close cooperation with our operations team at the headquarters
- Maintenance of the CRM (customer data system)
- Experience in cutting tool technology with expertise in metallurgy, metal machining and machining processes (drilling, milling, reaming, deburring and chamfering)
- Mechanical engineering education
- Excellent communication and sales skills for the presentation of the company, products and technological content
- Ability to understand technical drawings and outline ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Systematic and analytical mindset
- Very good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Required language: English
