Research & Development delivers hearing solutions and services for hearing impaired people, hearing care professionals, and further related people, in the form of hearing devices, accessories, web services, mobile applications, and PC software.
This is your opportunity to work in a scaled agile environment within internationally distributed and passionate teams developing high quality solutions for the medical hearing health care sector. The customer-oriented software you develop is used by health care professionals worldwide to support hearing impaired people on their hearing journey. For your work you apply the latest technologies and tools such as Visual Studio, Rider, C#, .NET 7+, Rust and actively contribute to development and evolution of our platforms.
Your tasks
- Design and develop new functionalities for our hearing solutions
- Implement audiological algorithms and business logic in C# and Rust and on Matlab and Python based models
- Full life cycle software development according to domain-driven design principles including testing and documentation
- Dive into our audiological platform and domain, take on functional ownership working side-by-side with software engineers, architects and audiological experts in an agile team
- Support our software architects in maintaining a high-quality software design
Your profile
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in C# .NET or Rust application development
- Ability to understand MATLAB and Python code is a plus
- Interest in acquiring audiological domain knowledge and in audiological algorithms
- Experience with software architectures and programming principles like SOLID and clean code
- Solution oriented positive thinking team player
- Ready to work in an agile scrum organization
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
