As a Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics AX Integrator at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of :

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client needs and objectives.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize both functional and technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive business process models and workflows.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Design and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Lead and participate in the configuration and customization of Dynamics AX modules.

Project Management and Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Hold regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions against requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues through thorough testing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high quality and performance of delivered solutions.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users and client teams.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
• Assist with post-implementation support and optimization.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in various industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Project management experience and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and very good level of English
