Program Manager
Jobdescription

Projects span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, and use your entrepreneurial drive to contribute to the long-term growth of the online shopping platform. As a Program Manager, you will continually improve the online shopping experience through managing cross-team projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and apply identified processes to orchestrate delivery of programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal applications and process changes.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive appropriate actions to resolution.
  • Create dashboards to monitor processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or Computer Science and/or 4-6 years of related industry experience in project management coupled with a background in information management, online shopping, programming, machine learning, or automated knowledge systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adaptable, flexible, and capable of working independently with both local and distributed teams.
  • Action-oriented with organizational and project management abilities, and masterful use of written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, working independently and driving projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and drive process efficiency improvements.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in statistics and data analysis.
