- Development and ownership of student recruitment strategies
- Take charge of leading and executing international recruitment strategies
- Maintain and develop business relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee recruitment budget
- Increase the number of recruited students as per the institution's strategic aims and targets
- Develop and manage quality education agents
- Monitor market trends and identify new recruitment markets and channels
Profile
- Proven international student recruitment experience
- Master/Bachelor degree in Sales, Recruitment, or Marketing needed.
- Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and recruitment activities
- Available for international travel
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
- Experience in planning and executing lead generation
- Experience of working with global recruitment agents to drive business growth
- Familiarity with the Higher Education sector, internationally and within the Switzerland and EU
- Experience with managing diverse stakeholder groups and managing conflicts
- Experience of managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment
- Fluent in English
