As Product Manager, your main mission will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the sales and profitability of the products within your scope while ensuring compliance with regulations.

As Product Manager, your main mission will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the sales and profitability of the products within your scope while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies (planning, budgeting, product development plans, press, public relations, direct marketing, conferences, symposiums, internet, and monitoring KPIs and ROI)
- Develop documents, tools, promotional materials in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints
- Manage relations and exchanges with agencies on regulatory aspects
- Present promotional campaigns and product information to the medical information and sales teams
- Control the budget, monitoring, and forecasting product sales against targets
- Maintain professional relations with the medical community and field actions (DUO tours)
- Conduct competitive market intelligence
Profile
- Holder of a dual scientific degree (Pharmacist, Engineer, Master in science/biochemistry) and a marketing degree such as a Master
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in the Office Suite and Power BI.
Your experience has enabled you to develop autonomy in your position, a good capacity for synthesis, and a solution-oriented mindset. You are also organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, you are flexible and open in your exchanges.
