Composite/Laminator Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Composite/Laminator Technician to join our clients dynamic team, a hidden champion and a rapidly growing high-tech company. Location: Aargau, Switzerland
Job Type: Full-Time
Your Role:
Produce composite parts using fiber materials in the prepreg process.
Laminate and lay-up of components and tools according to technical drawings.
Prepare vacuum setups and molds for autoclave cycles.
Tooling preparation and post-processing.

Who We Are Looking For:
Certified in a relevant field such as technical model making, woodworking, furniture making, or boat building.
At least 3 years of professional experience in composites.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Strong command of the German language, both written and spoken. English is a big plus.
A team player who is flexible, resilient, and possesses manual dexterity along with meticulous, efficient, and independent work habits.
