Join Axpo's Group IT as a Senior M365 Engineer and be a pivotal part of a strategic project within our nuclear division. In this role, you will lead the development and management of cutting-edge collaboration and workplace technologies tailored to meet the unique demands of the nuclear industry. This is a critical opportunity to shape our IT landscape, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient operations.

• Serve as the primary contact for all collaboration and workplace technology discussions related to our strategic nuclear IT project.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of modern workplace solutions including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, while maintaining integration with traditional SCCM environments.
• Ensure the adaptation and deployment of group-wide IT standards to fulfill the specific requirements of the nuclear division.
• Coordinate with the nuclear division's project team to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with strict regulatory standards.
• Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and configurations within a multi-tenant environment.

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Client Engineering, with a strong focus on architecture design patterns and Microsoft security solutions.
• Extensive experience in managing and integrating IT solutions in regulated sectors, preferably within the nuclear energy or other high-compliance industries.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex IT projects and collaborating across various organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and fluency in English and German. Certifications in Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
