- Advise and guide your respective clients to address current and future questions as they strive for market share, growth and profitability
- Bring your Health insurance expertise to the table and advise your clients on how they should address questions related to e.g. new strategies, new products, operational excellence, ecosystem participation and innovative services
- Develop thought leadership which pinpoints the future of health insurance and acts as a value add and door opener to your respective clients
- Tap into your strong Health insurance network where you are recognized as a trusted advisor, to bring new opportunities and projects where our client can support the respective customers in reaching their potential
- Be an active force for shaping the Health (insurance) landscape of the future and join our client in their commitment to make a difference that matters
- 5-10 years of experience in the Health insurance or Consulting industry with focus on the health market
- You have an established network spanning health insurers and potentially other health players like providers in the market
- The evolvement and future of the health insurance industry is a strong interest of yours, and you actively aim to shape and contribute to it – potentially you have already been writing thought leadership in the past
- With a “can-do” attitude, you see opportunities rather than limitations and trust your intuition to execute on self-defined tasks at hand
- You have led large projects (or multiple smaller projects in parallel) and team members in the past with a strong track record and you are regarded as a team player that paves the way through team spirit and stellar results
- You hold a university degree with a strong academic record. Fluency in German and English, additional French skills are a plus
