For our Culinary Arts Academy Campus in Le Bouveret, we are currently looking for a
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team, committed to the delivery of high quality programs and will be required to teach to multi-cultural profiles.
Starting Date: as soon as possible
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality food production with the support of the kitchen team
- Supervise the students in the food production according to our standards
- Participate in collaboration with the team to improve services, provide ideas for innovation and variety
- Apply the HACCP standards and ensure that they are respected in the production sector
- Ensure follow-up on student's needs
Requirements:
- Degree (CFC or equivalent) in Kitchen
- 3-4 years work experience
- Strong International Culinary knowledge
- Fluent in French and English
- Considers the job and the hospitality industry as a passion
- Patient, maturity and leadership skills
- Very well organized
Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
