Our client is an M&A advisory firm providing sell-side, buy-side, and valuations services. Founded three decades ago, the company has successfully conducted over 200 projects. The main focus lies on small and mid-cap transactions of Swiss companies where they provide value by implementing and conducting state-of-the-art professional and competitive M&A processes involving national and international buyers.

They are now seeking someone who will be in charge of developing the existing activities in the canton of Bern, Jura, Neuchatel and Fribourg as an

Responsibilities:

• Originating potential M&A situations
• Participating in project execution from origination to completion
• Demonstrating rigor, commitment, and a service-oriented approach
• Motivating and actively contributing to the development of our practice in this specific area
• Establishing a presence in this area
• Manage client relationships
• Support in project's execution
• Participate in the firm's development

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the targeted area
• Excellent network of potential targets
• Excellent commercial skills
• Degree from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
• Team player, problem-solver, able to work with autonomy
• Rigorous, proactive, high attention to details excellency
• Fluency in French, English (German is a plus)
