The opportunity
As part of our Risk Consulting Team, you will advise companies across various industries outside the financial services sector on how to maintain trust and realize opportunities in an everchanging world. We support our clients in the areas of “Enterprise Resilience”, “Digital Risk Management”, “ESG Risk Management”, “Internal Audit”, “Internal Controls” and “Operational Risk Management”.
Become part of our motivated team and support projects in the aforementioned areas at home in Switzerland as well as and abroad. You will join a very diverse, inclusive and enthusiastic team of 20+ professionals based out of Zurich / Basel / Geneva / Lausanne. Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant programs
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls or other relevant areas. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products or Manufacturing is considered as a plus
- 1-2 years of professional experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology, e.g., SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer or similar platforms
- Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks handling large amounts of data
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Good interpersonal skills, which enable you to work in an international, collaborative team environment
- You are intellectually curious and genuinely interested in new technologies and digitalization
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in Europe and across the Globe
- Strong communication skills in English and German is a must. Any additional language spoken is considered as a plus
