Manager /Associate Partner - Reg, Compliance & Risk
As the Associate Partner within the RCR practice at Synpulse, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of the practice in Switzerland. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality consulting services to our banking clients. In addition, you will hold a senior position within the Switzerland office, contributing to its growth and overall success.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective banking clients.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, understanding their unique challenges, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
Practice Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the RCR practice that aligns with Synpulse's overall business objectives.
- Drive business development efforts to identify and capture new opportunities across key risk topics such as Advisory, Investment Suitability, Pricing, Business Risk, Operational Risk Management, Risk Culture and Conduct
- Provide thought leadership, staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Be point of contact for knowledge on Mifid II, Finma and Fidleg
Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants within the practice, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support in project execution, ensuring the team delivers expert solutions to clients.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent Synpulse as a subject matter expert in the banking industry, contributing to conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Publish articles, whitepapers, and thought leadership content to establish Synpulse's presence as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration and Growth:
- Collaborate with other practice leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive synergies and cross-functional initiatives.
- Play a vital role in the growth and development of the Canada office, contributing to strategic decisions and operational excellence.
