Your daily contribution
- Responsible for the Scrum Team development to strengthen self-organization and cross-functional work
- Responsible for team dynamics and further development of the team to strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Observation of new agile concepts and methods to introduce them into the organization
- Coaching team members regarding agility
- Help to improve the cross-functional collaboration (scaling)
- Identification of agile key figures and presenting them transparently.
- Skillful and solution-oriented moderation using a wide range of moderation and presentation techniques
Your profile
- Master or bachelor's degree preferably in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or equivalent education
- 5 years professional experience and at least two years in agile methods
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in several teams and organizations, preferably within hardware development
- Good knowledge of DevOps
- Good understanding of ERP – Systems, preferably SAP
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy
- Didactic skills and ability to deal with conflicts
