We are looking for our next CAPEX PM!

Job description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for capital expenditure projects.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Work closely with finance teams to track project expenditures and forecast future spending.
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and contractors for project execution.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with project goals
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field, e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, etc.
• Around 5 years of experience as a CAPEX Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and French
