Your responsibilities
Join our vibrant team at Art Basel in Basel as our next Partnership Manager, and
step into a role where flexibility and dynamism are key. As a vital part of our team,
you'll be the linchpin in fostering successful relationships with our esteemed clients
across the globe, spanning from Basel to Hong Kong, Paris, and Miami Beach.
- Become the go-to person for our high-level, global clients, managing their
accounts with finesse and ensuring their satisfaction across multiple
projects and regions - Lead the charge in strategic partnership development, crafting bespoke
benefits and elevating their presence both at our shows and in the digital
realm - From concept to execution, oversee partner activities to perfection, ensuring
every detail, from collaterals to on-site activations, is flawlessly executed - Dive into the operational nitty-gritty, managing logistics, regulations, and
everything in between to bring partner activations to life on-site - Be the driving force behind project debriefings, KPI reports, and strategic
meetings, keeping our partnerships on track and thriving - Handle financial matters with finesse, from controlling budgets to managing
invoicing, ensuring smooth sailing for our partners across the globe - Foster seamless collaboration among various departments to deliver on
partner objectives, from Marketing to Events, PR, Digital, VIP, and beyond - Take charge of editorial products and sponsored content, overseeing their
production, distribution, and reporting
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field
- You are fluent in English, proficiency in German and French is
advantageous - 7-8 years of experience in key account management, marketing, or
partnerships, with a track record of success in global project management
or event management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and basic CRM systems is
expected - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in digital and social media are
preferred - Ideal candidates exhibit traits such as confidence, quick learning ability,
independence, motivation, optimism, initiative, strong organizational skills,
and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Flexibility to travel periodically and work overtime as needed
- You have a genuine interest and demonstrated knowledge of visual arts
