In order to really take off with Racing Unleashed and the Racing Unleashed Competition, we are looking for a dynamic and committed person to start immediately or by arrangement:
Racing Lounge Attendant (m/w/d)
We are looking for dynamic and motivated people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to provide our guests with a first-class experience. In our lounge, you won't just be working, you'll be part of a close-knit team, socializing with other team members and chatting with our racers.
It's all about creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcome, energized and ready for action. Step in, seize the moment and make every guest experience memorable.
Your Responsibilities
- Guiding and advising customers on the simulator experience, whether they're first timers or seasoned racers - creating an unforgettable racing atmosphere
- Ensuring top-tier guest experience throughout the lounge operations
- Welcoming and assisting guests in the lounge
- Managing the booking system (via email, phone, or app
- Proactively acquiring new customers and event opportunities
- Supporting our restaurant and bar operations – assisting colleagues in food and beverage service
- Serving drinks and food in a vibrant bar atmosphere
- Supporting Racing Unleashed challenges and events
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of simulators for external events
Your Qualification
- Experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, or similar background)
- Strong German communication skills (spoken & written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Passion for sim racing or motorsports is a plus
- Work location: Zurich area and/or Central Switzerland
- Highly motivated, proactive, and independent
- Thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- English and other language skills are a plus
