Are you an experienced data scientist with a feeling for product management? Or do you bring a mix of experience in both area's to the table? Then read on, as we are currently looking for someone who has a blend of product management and data science skills to join Coople as a Product Manager / Data Scientist. This role is ideal for a data scientist who wants to transition into a product management / business facing role. Your responsibility will be to interact with the business (understand problems, define requirements, update the entire company on the progress) as well as guide a team of engineers who have little machine learning knowledge on how to solve problems using machine learning. Technical knowledge of machine learning is required, as you will need to show software engineers how to apply machine learning skills to solve various problems. Hence there is a mentoring component as well as you will need to share your skills and train others in machine learning applications.
This role could either be based in Zurich, directly sitting together with some key stakeholders in the product team, though we're equally considering candidates based in London or in Poland, who are able to travel to other locations (occassionally / as required).
